RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to our personalized delivery process, where every item is meticulously tailored and approved by you during hand-delivery, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the garment has been fitted. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction before the piece is officially yours. However, we take pride in offering a lifetime care service. If a button loosens or any minor repairs are needed, simply send the garment to us, and we will fix it and return it to you at no additional cost.
